Poland promises Ukrainians visa-free regime with EU
Ukraine can expect good news in the issue of liberalizing the visa regime with the EU (European Union), according to the Foreign Minister of Poland Radoslaw Sikorski. He reports that the small border traffic between Poland and Ukraine has showed that Ukrainians follow the rules.
According to Radoslaw Sikorski, "it is a good argument to convince the rest of Europe to liberalize the visa regime gradually and finally abandon the visas."
Poland will support Ukraine in this issue, the Minister said, according to Ukrainskaya pravda. Radoslaw Sikorski and his Swedish counterpart Carl Bildt say that Poland and Sweden are interested in the success of the summit Ukraine - European Union.
Both Ministers hope that Ukraine will continue to carry out the reforms which are necessary to progress towards European integration.
