Ukraine and Serbia agree on visa-free regime

In Kyiv on November 2, 2010 the Ukrainian-Serbian consultations had been held on consular issues, under which the parties agreed on a draft Agreement between the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine and the Government of the Republic of Serbia to cancel visa requirements for citizens, according to the press service of the Foreign Ministry of Ukraine.

The draft Agreement provides for visa-free regime for citizens of Ukraine and Serbia for a period of 30 days within 60 days from the date of first entry, RBC-Ukraine reports.

According to the report, the conclusion of the agreement will promote further development of partner relations with Serbia, the intensification of contacts in political, economic, cultural, humanitarian and other spheres.
