Ukrainians will go to one more country for free
On November 1 Mexico will introduce the system of free permits to enter the country for the citizens of Ukraine. The agreement was reached during the 4th round of Ukrainian-Mexican political consultations at the level of deputy foreign ministries, according to the Foreign Ministry's press office.
The Ukrainian delegation was headed by Deputy Foreign Minister Oleksandr Horin, while the Mexican side was chaired by Deputy Foreign Minister Maria de Lourdes Aranda Bezaury.
The sides discussed the state and prospects of Ukrainian-Mexican relations. An agreement was reached on strengthening a political dialogue between Ukraine and Mexico at top level, as well as on deepening bilateral cooperation within the United Nations and other international organizations.
The diplomats also focused on promising areas for bilateral economic and trade cooperation and implementation of joint investment projects at a meeting with the leadership of the Mexico-Ukraine Chamber of Commerce and representatives of Mexico business, UKRINFORM reports.
The Ukrainian deputy Foreign Minister thanked the Mexican side for introduction from November 1 an electronic system to obtain free permits to enter Mexico for up to 90 days for Ukrainian citizens - businessmen, tourists and transit passengers.
